Ruby Strategy


Extremely useful Ruby strategy courtesy one of our friends in Gods Of War.

There happens to be 2 kinds of usage discount - the personal discount comes in case a person hasn't spent rubies for quite some time (around 2 weeks) OR to initiate a non-ruby player to buy some. Apparently there's some kinda algorithm for this
The general discount is the one that appears for everyone's profile. Its a really great thing coz it helped me max out the ruby constructions at most of my points - brought @75% & used at 50%.

So Ruby buyers, bottom line is Buy when you have 75% sale and then dont spend even a single ruby till you get the 50% discount.

      I waited for the 50% discount for more than a month, nothing........... recently got 100% bonus, bought a lot and spend almost all. So, it might be a good option for you guys also.

      50% offer is for 24 hours. 75% and 100% is for about an hour or so.

      No, 100% bonus is the primetime when you get double rubies.

    There are 2 types of 50 % offers.
    1. The personal prime time, which a player gets individually, which lasts for 24 hours.
    2. The general prime time, which is for everybody on the server (comes very rare) is for around 75 minutes.

      100% offer is, if you buy rubies for XXX amount, you get twice the rubies.

    Does the "50% personal discount to spend rubies" still appear? Should I wait for it and not spend a single ruby or is it over?

    It is very very rare. Depends on how often you buy rubies and a lot of other stuff.
